Our Leadership
Max is founder and Managing Partner of Spinnaker Capital. In this role, he is responsible for all of the fund’s activities from fundraising, to diligence, to execution and operations of the acquired business. Max is passionate about entrepreneurship and believes in the power of the search fund model as a way to transition great businesses from one generation of entrepreneurs to the next.
He brings a wealth of strategy, sales, and operations experience to the fund and has spent his career working at small growth-stage businesses – he is intimately familiar with both the challenges and opportunities these businesses present.
Max is adept at building and managing high-performance teams, instilling and maintaining a great culture, and determining and executing strategic growth initiatives.
